Collection: Our natural washable quilt

There are a lot of washable quilts on the market, but they have all been treated with  Superwash -a process called Hercosett Chlorine 125, which basically coats the wool in a polymer substance. Our machine-washable quilts haven't been treated like this. The wool is 100% natural and chemical-free. You can't just throw it into a machine on any cycle; you still have to be gentle with it, but if you wash it on a cold cycle with wool detergent, it will last for you for years. 

Wool Valley values sustainability, traceability and a natural product. I have followed the process from farm to manufacturing. The animals are well cared for, the wool has been tested and there is no chemical residue.
